Our roots can be traced back to 1982 where our founder, Bradford Giaimo, began his trading career in the NYMEX Gold Pit. From 1984-1986 Mr. Giaimo worked for one of the most successful traders of all time, Paul Tudor Jones. At the end of 1986 he left Tudor to become a full member of the NYCE where he would spend the next eight years trading as a local.

After leaving the floor in 1998, Mr. Giaimo became a retail commodities consultant leading to the creation of Q-Stick Trading, LLC. Shortly thereafter, Q3 Asset Management was developed in response to client demand for mutual fund trading programs.
