FAQ
1) What is the minimum order quantity?
We do not really have a minimum order quantity except for some items.
For export, the minimum quantity is related to shipping cost.
Example: An order of 100 caps which cost US$ 2.90 each (FOB Vietnam) is possible for a customer in Singapore. But with a minimum charge of USD200 for shipment via sea (for 1 cubic meter), the average shipping cost per cap would be US$ 2.00 per cap, which would be significant. In other words, it would not be economically practical for a small order as shipping would add significantly to the total cost.
We suggest you let us know your order size and we will advise you accordingly case by case.
2) What is the lead time for product delivery
The standard lead-time for product delivery is 30 days from the date of confirmed order and receipt of 50% deposit if applicable.
As we are a total JIT (Just in Time) Customization house, we do not keep inventory and will only start design conceptualization after a through consultancy session with you.
For hand made products like woodcrafts with limited production capabilities, please allow a reasonable time for delivery: This could be 6-8 weeks and for specially commissioned designs this could be in the order of months, subject to which product line and how quickly full and final information with art work could be received.
Another factor, which will contribute to a longer lead-time if we have to order fabric or certain materials, which must be imported on your behalf.
Shipping Information
Our goal is to insure that you receive your products on a timely basis. We will do everything in our power to insure that we get your finished products shipped to you as soon as possible without rushing the production time needed to insure that each piece that you purchase from us.
3) Do I have a choice of colors for the fabric or material for items like Polo Shirts, Caps, bags etc?
If your order size is small - say less than
500 caps, we will not be able to order fabric or dye as it
would be costly. Therefore, we can only offer you whatever
fabric is in our stock.
4) As all the prices are in FOB Vietnam term only, can we offer C&F term as well?
Yes! We will arrange based on your requirement the most economical shipment methods and worked the exact cost (without markup) into the FOB pricing.
5) Why are prices not indicated on most of the items:
Since we are a customization house, we customize most products based on inputs from our clients who would gave us the dimension, materials preferred etc. Therefore, it is only until we know the exact specification that we are able to quote the final price.
6) What are the payment methods when purchasing from ? We require a 50% deposit once order is confirmed and after receiving all specification. Exception is when we have a private arrangement between and some of our clients. If all goes well with the delivery, we require the full payment to be made 10 days from the receipt of the final products.
Payment could be made by Cash. Since we quote in USD only and if payment is done in other foreign currencies, the prevailing bank exchange rate on the day of payment would apply. Other forms of payment could be worked out case-by-case between and our clients.
7) How does conduct business with clients overseas?
We have done businesses with clients whom we have never met face to face. The process is simple and could all be done using the email system and the express postal service:
a) indicate to us the desired product
b) we will put together a proposal with computer imaging and price quotation based on the special requirement dictated to us.
c) Email to us the artwork for any corporate logo; the pantone colors of the logos, the fonts for any wordings etc.
d) We will attempt to create a computer imaging of the desired product with the artwork given to us. We will probably do a few variations to give you options.
e) After the first round of pre-approval using such images created in d), we proceed
to produce an exact sample based on your approval with a spare production sample in our hands.
f) Once you have approved the production sample and we have signed the contract
and receive the deposit, we will proceed with production.
8) Does give out free samples or produce samples before client orders?
Yes and No! As to producing samples and forwarding them to clients, we will normally gauge the situation and decide on a case-to-case basis as it is very costly for us to freely give out samples.
If samples are absolutely required, we will make them and charge for sample fees plus air freight. If orders are received, we will reimburse all sample costs from the final invoice.
For current customers whom we have serviced and concluded some former deals, we would be glad to provide samples as and when requested.
