The tour will begin at your hotel in the morning at 8:00 with our car picking you up and leading you to the best Pho restaurant (Vietnamese noodle soup) in the city. |
You will then visit our bustling and friendly city. You will be excited to view the daily life of local people with the crowded bikes and motorbikes. Starting with a visit to Notre Dame Cathedral Church , the General post office, walking down on Dong Khoi street (former “ Liberty street ” under the Americans, formerly “Rue Catinat” under the French). Coffee cup at the majestic hotel to admire the Saigon port.
Visit of Ben Thanh Market, and especially the food area where all edible products are available: all kind of meat, all kind of noodles, all kind of fruits...
Lunch at the excellent restaurant “Lemongrass” or “ Vietnam house” in the city center, with spring rolls, sweet sour pork with rice and acid fish soup all accompanied of the excellent Vietnamese green tea. |

In the afternoon, visit of Binh Tay market in Chinatown , visit of several ancient Chinese pagodas in the area if the time permits.

Back to Ho Chi Minh city center, eating one of the rare sweet Vietnamese appetizer called “che”, with as many variations as cookers in Vietnam .

Finally, ending at the excellent Nam Pho restaurant with:
lotus salad with shrimp chips, crispy squids, tamarind crabs with lacquered duck and rice, ending with fresh tropical fruits for dessert. |

After the dinner, we lead you back to your hotel for a night of rest.
